NEWFIELDS FIRE DEPARTMENT IS SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN JOINING OUR TEAM.

Basic Requirements

ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP

  • At least 18 years of age

     

  • A resident of Newfields or one of its bordering towns.

     

  • No previous training or experience required for new members

     

  • Completed application which includes full criminal background check   

     

  • Completion of Firefighter I or New Hampshire First Responder within 12 months of membership

     

  • Active participation in our training program

     

  • Regular attendance at monthly meetings and occasional special events  

     

SUPPORT MEMBERSHIP ( duties may include fund raising, grant support, administrative duties)

  • At least 16 years of age

     

  • A resident of Newfields or one of its bordering towns.

     

  • No previous training or experience required for new members

     

  • Completed application which includes full criminal background check    

     

  • Regular attendance at monthly meetings and occasional special events

   Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted to set up an interview.
